All services are delivered based on agreed project requirements and timelines.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Supply required content, materials, and feedback on time
  • Review and approve deliverables promptly
  • Ensure that provided content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be defined in the project agreement or invoice
  • A deposit may be required before project commencement
  • Full payment must be made before final delivery or deployment unless otherwise agreed

10. Limitation of Liability

Innowave Group Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or platforms

11. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice
  • Any outstanding payments must be settled upon termination
  • Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly

12. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools or services (e.g., hosting, plugins, APIs). We are not responsible for their performance, updates, or changes.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
