  • Failure to Deliver: If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Duplicate Payment: Any duplicate or accidental payments will be refunded in full.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of content, feedback, or approvals)
  • Services that have already been completed or delivered
  • SEO services once work has commenced (due to resource allocation and time investment)
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after agreed revisions are completed

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed. The refunded amount will be calculated after deducting costs for:

  • Work already performed
  • Resources used
  • Time invested

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel a project by contacting us. Any applicable refund will be determined based on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method where possible.
